Our single mode VCSEL devices are fabricated using wafer fusion technology and are available with data rates ranging from 3Gb/s up to 10.2Gb/s.
Higher single mode output power with low power consumption
- Low threshold current < 3mA
- Low operating voltage <2.5V
- Typical single mode output power of 1.7mW at 23°C and 1.4mW at 70°C
- Data rates capability up to 10.3125 4.25 Gb/s
- Broad range of emission wavelengths: 1200nm < λ < 1650nm
