Description
This VCSEL device fabricated using wafer fusion technology is designed for high speed data-communication and telecom applications with data rates up to 4.25Gb/s such as Fiber Channel, SONET, Gigabit Ethernet or FTTX.
Features:
- Low threshold current < 3mA
- Low operating voltage < 2.5V
- Typical single mode output power of 2mW at 25°C and 1.7mW at 75°C
- 1310nm typical emission wavelength
- Data rates capability up to 4.25Gb/s
