1310nm 10Gbp/s VCSEL
Description
This VCSEL device fabricated using wafer fusion technology is currently under development for very high speed data-communication and telecom applications with data rates up to 10Gb/s such as Fiber Channel, SONET or 10G-LRM.
Preliminary Features:
- Low threshold current < 3mA
- Low operating voltage < 2.5V
- Typical single mode output power of 2.0mW at 25°C and
1.6mW at 75°C
- 1310nm typical emission wavelength
- Data rates capability up to 10.3125Gb/s
